- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Website is horrific. Username is your account number (who the heck wants to enter a 10 digit number???), 2.4% convenience fee for using credit cards (virtually everyone uses cards now), and the site appears to be down every day outside of working hours when you try to pay your bill. I don't know how many times I have logged in over the weekend to pay my bill only to get a weird page error, I think they might have a written notice now about that part of the website being unavailable; but, that uninformative page error is unacceptable (and was/is at least been up for several years). Furthermore, the weekends and after hours are the only times that I think about and should be paying bills, so the fact that the website has so many issues so many times causes me to be late to pay because I tell myself I'll try again later.
