  I called to ask how much a quantitative hcg test was. They told me the price. I showed up and asked how much it would be to get the test done. They told me a different price. I wait an hour and a half to see an RN, who forces me to take a urine pregnancy even though I had one that morning. The test came back negative (duh) and they FINALLY do a blood test. They don't have a lab in the clinic so a simple pregnancy test will take 3 days to get back. I go to pay and the office lady tells me it is $90. I ask why, and it turns out there is an undisclosed office visit fee (for a health department?!) and they charged me for that stupid urine test that I said I didn't need. On top of that, your spouse may not access your health information, the place is crowded and dirty, and the employees are ignorant of health laws and generally unhelpful. This is the worst county health department I've ever been to.

  I had a very good service until this last time. I went during the morning to get a vaccine, I was the second of three people who wanted to do the same. They text message system told me it would be done in about 18 mins, and after 30 mins I got another text message telling me 9 more and then another one telling me 7. They skipped me so I was the third on getting the service. It took them 1 Hour to take care of two people and 1:15 to call my name. When I was finally in front of the nurse, she asked me a few questions and she said she can not give me the vaccine until some results comeback. NO VACCINE AND 75 mins of my time wasted. :(
