  Had an account with Wells Fargo since late October of 2014, through this Branch. Regardless of the outcome I am closing my account and hope you don't consider joining them, but rather considering closing yours too. Why you ask? Well, here is my situation.. I recently had withdrawn $2000 in cash at this bank along with a box of $500 worth of half dollars totaling $2500. I also received a receipt for it along with the remaining balance of the account. The teller's name is Toby and she seemed very polite and I had her count the bills out into two stacks of $1,000 each. After that she handed me the box and I had left to sort through the coins. These actions should have been caught on one of the numerous camera's they have there. Around 5 p.m. one of the store managers had left a voice mail and i had called back. They had told me that Toby recalls giving me the $2,500 all in bills and never charged me for the $500 worth of half dollars, therefor they were notifying me that they were going to charge me another $500 onto my account. I told them my story and that they need to check the cameras. I also requested that they would release a copy of the footage to me. The manager said she will look at the recording and call me back to let me know whats going on to resolve the situation. At 5:30 I called back and they never answered. I call a couple more times and still no answer. This branch closes at 6 p.m. So they took my 500 and then lied to me by never calling back despite she said she would. I do not lie that is against my religion and I will not allow them to screw me over. You should be very careful anytime you handle money by having both persons double count the money and agree that it is the same amount. The crazy thing is when I joined in October this same lady asked me why I never trusted Banks. I said because I have had bad previous experiences. This lady is the very reason why I do not associate with banks other than to cash a check. The only reason why I gave into getting an account was to coin roll hunt because its required in order to order large amounts of coins. The manager Stephanie and the other manger Angelica both have given me a reason to stop associating with banks by lying to me for never having called back and thus not resolving anything. Please avoid this branch and be careful.
