  Slow, customer service is so so, pot holes all over the parking lot, drive thru shutdown (employee says because people preferred to use the ATM instead...yeah right), could use a paint job and some TLC. 2 stars for being less then a mile away other then that its the ghetto location.

  Great customer service. For a large corporate bank, that's rare. This is my preferred location because of that. I have BOA closer to home, but I drive here when I need a person to help me.

  Have been sitting here for more than an hour and forty five minutes trying to get a two clicks on the computer question answered. We were told we were waiting for a banker because the teller is not authorized to help us. Okay no problem, until I see two bankers leave for the day without a word. Starting to feel like we're going to be asked to leave without any help as the branch will have been closed for an hour now. I'm so pleased I don't conduct business here, I love my bank even more after this experience.

  Closed the drive thru last year, got rid of the merchant teller inside, rude notaries, customer service is nonexistent. Customer service has improved, so I am changing from a one star to a three star review.
